2 Versions of Manicotti

So my kids are big pasta eaters... Here are two different kinds of manicotti, I like this one better but the other one is good too- this one is from our family cookbook?

Manicotti
1 small container cottage cheese
8oz mozzarela chs
1 egg
parsley flakes
salt & pepper
1 large bottle spaghetti sauce
manicotti shells
1. Combine cottage cheese, mozzeralla cheese, egge, and parsley flakes. Salt & pepper to taste.
2. Stuff uncooked shells and put in 9x13 pan filled with half of the spaghetti sauce. ( I usually put cheese mixture in a ziploc and cut a corner out-like frosting-to fill the shells)
3. pour remaining sauce over shells and add 1/4 bottle of water.
4 Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 400 for 50-60 minutes..
