1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust (or...I've started making my own crust--either way)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 package (1 oz) ranch seasoning and salad dressing
1 garlic clove (pressed)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup coarsely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 cup (1 oz.) grated fresh parmesan cheese
method:
preheat oven to 425. lightly sprinkle pizza pan (or pizza stone) with flour--lay dough on and flatten out. In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, seasoning mix and garlic. spread mixture evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese. Coarsely chop broccoli, dice bell pepper, slice carrots, slice olives, sprinkle veggies over pizza. top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Grate paresan cheese over pizza. Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve! :)
Note: You don't have to use all the ingredients...its super good even if you only use the carrots and broccoli...also, i never use the parmesan cheese (I only use the 2 c. of mozz)...so feel free to mix and match whatever veggies sound the best! This is such a super good meal! Enjoy.

ok, I'm excited for this one-we were just talking about doing pizza/movie night on Fridays. Do you have a good pizza dough recipe too?
