Hamburger Hawaiian

1/2 c. canned evap. milk
1 1/2 lb ground beef (I just use 1)
1/2-3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 t. salt
13 ounce can pineapple chunks
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. green pepper, strips
Combine milk, beef, crumbs, onion and salt. Shape into small patties. Brown in small amount of oil; pour off drippings. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Mix with cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce in pan. heat and stir until thickened. Add pineapple and green pepper. Pour sauce over hamburger and simmr over low heat for 30 min.
Serve over rice.
**I double the sauce on this one too.
