Chicken Salad

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 c. celery
1 c. grapes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp salt
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream

1. Beat heavy whipping cream until it peaks.
2. In another bowl add ALL other ingredients, add to cream.

I got this from my sister in law. It's a great summer/picnic repice. It's yummy on bread, cresent rolls or torillas!!
