Fettucine Alfredo

1 1/2 lb dry fettucine pasta
1 c marg.
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
dash garlic salt
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Bring large pot of slighty salted water to boil. Add fettucine and cook 8-10 minutes. Drain. In a large saucepan, melt margarine and cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted, this will thicken the sauce. Add pasta to sauce. Serve immediately.

I got this recipe from my aunt Vickie.. It was a hit, the kids went to work!! Really easy, really good! Next time I will do less butter, 3/4 maybe even 1/2- 1c is to much.. Other than that it's a keeper.
